RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, return requests must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must generally:
- Be in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
- Include all components originally supplied with the product.
- Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
- Be returned according to the instructions provided by our customer support team.
Products that have been excessively used, intentionally damaged, materially altered, improperly washed, misused, or returned incomplete may be ineligible for a full refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers must contact our customer support team before returning any product.
Do not send a product to an address shown on the original shipping package unless specifically instructed to do so by our customer support team.
Unauthorized returns may be delayed or rejected where permitted by applicable law.
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
Where permitted by applicable law, customers requesting a return because they changed their mind, ordered the wrong product, or no longer want the product may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable except where required by law or where the return results from an error by ColorBlankie™.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a materially damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us promptly.
We may request:
- Clear photographs or video showing the issue.
- Photographs of the packaging.
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Other reasonable information necessary to verify the claim.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution.
NORMAL WEAR, MISUSE, AND IMPROPER CARE
Refunds or replacements generally do not apply to damage caused by improper washing or drying, unauthorized coloring materials, misuse, excessive wear, intentional damage, product modification, failure to follow care instructions, or use inconsistent with the product’s intended purpose.
WASHABILITY AND STAIN DISCLAIMER
ColorBlankie™ products are designed for creative coloring and reusable enjoyment when used and cared for as directed.
Washability results may vary depending on the coloring materials used, washing method, detergent, water temperature, fabric treatment, length of time before washing, and other factors.
We do not guarantee that every third-party marker, pen, paint, dye, ink, or coloring substance will wash out completely.
Customers should use only coloring materials represented as suitable for the product and follow all provided product and care instructions.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
After a refund is issued, banks, card issuers, and payment processors may require additional time to process and display the refund.
FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE CLAIMS
Cyan Global LLC reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to investigate claims involving suspected fraud, materially false statements, manipulated evidence, intentional product damage, repeated abusive refund behavior, duplicate claims, or other misuse of our policies.
We may request reasonable supporting documentation before approving a refund or replacement.
We reserve the right to deny fraudulent or abusive claims and restrict future purchases from accounts reasonably associated with fraudulent activity, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
